ADDITIONAL OPERATIONS

 

Finishing production operations are aimed at cleaning off the traces of previous operations or preparing the surface of components for subsequent surface treatment.

The most important operations applied are tumbling, blasting, finishing and machining.

 

Tumbling is performed in tumbling machines using appropriate tumbling elements.

Blasting takes place in blasting barrels using appropriate abrasive.

Finishing of the casting takes place using manual pneumatic tools or abrasive-band grinding machines with various width and grit size of the band.

 

Machining is done by means of specialized technological machining equipment in an automatic and manual feed-in mode with high work productivity and ergonomics.

Products are finished by means of classical machining, drilling, reaming and threading.
