MEASUREMENT AND TESTS

Thanks to our long-term experience we can guarantee precise measurement of the dimensional, mechanical and physical quantities of products, pressing dies and moulds.

 

These abilities allow for dimensional inspection in production facilities as well as laboratories. Measurement is performed using 3D CNC contact and optical instrumentation with a maximum measuring range of 800 x 750 x 550 mm, maximum weight of measured component of 750 kg, resolution of 0.0001 mm, and transfer of CAD data in IGES, STEP, DXF, VDA, and WRML formats. The data obtained from the testing is recorded or statistically analysed using special applications.

 

Our laboratory also offers additional surface roughness measurements and specific weight measurements of components of a maximum weight of 2 kg using special scales.

 

We also perform corrosion tests in an artificial atmosphere in a fully automated air-conditioning cabinet with microprocessor controlled regulation, salt fog test DIN 50 021, condensation water test DIN 50 017 with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 °C and maximum weight of the tested sample of 100 kg.

 

Our laboratories perform short or long-term tests of mechanical properties of metals using a tensile test, the so-called rupture test. This test needs to be done for all technical materials and it helps us obtain some of the basic values required for the calculation of structural elements and the selection of appropriate materials.
