PRESSING
Production operations equipped with modern technology in the field of ferrous and non-ferrous metal forming allow for the forming of sheet metal components of various material dimensions and thicknesses.
We specialize in pressing of full-length bars that are subsequently processed into final products, such as window fittings or fasteners for cupboards and cabinets.
Four-column and eccentric presses with a C-base and moulding force of 50 - 4000 kN are used for the boring, bending, drawing, punching, calibrating, trimming of aluminium and zinc cast pieces, shearing and riveting.
Pressing shops are equipped with complex pressing lines supplied by Brück-Kohler, Žďas, Kaiser-Ostermann and Helmerding with four-column presses and a moulding force of 4500 - 6300 kN:
- Processed materials of 0.5 to 6 mm in thickness, max. width of 800 mm, max. section of 2400 mm2 with feed-in accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm
Pressing of full-length bars takes place using single- and double-line presses:
- Processed materials of 0.5 to 3 mm in thickness, max. width of 30 mm, with feed-in length of 2500 mm and accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm
