TOKOZ strives to enhance the satisfaction of our customers by meeting all their requirements. At the same time we aim at proving our ability to provide our products to our customers on a permanent basis and in compliance with applicable legislation. In order to be able to produce high quality products we need to take a systematic approach and, in many cases, to change our corporate culture.

 

We have supported this aim by introducing a process-oriented company management system that respects the principles of the international standard ISO 9001 stipulating the requirements concerning quality management systems.

 

Since our company focuses also on deliveries for the automotive industry, the management system also takes into consideration the requirements of ISO/TS 16949, amending and complementing the requirements specified in ISO 9001.

The introduction, maintenance and development of the requirements of the above-stated standards are guaranteed by certificates issued by the internationally acknowledged certification authority DEKRA that performs an annual inspection of the company's system.

 

The company's management system certificates do not imply that each and every product of the company complies with the customers' requirements. What they do is to show that the company has a quality assurance system in place that demonstrates such compliance to be within its capacity. Therefore, our company has been continuously evaluating customer satisfaction and improving the processes through which our products are made.
