Q: Can I use the Golem 70 with any hasp?
A: We recommend the Tokoz BP Hasp as it was designed specifically for the Golem
70. Otherwise you need to pick a hasp with a 13 mm clearance.
Q: Which padlock is good for outdoors?
A: The „Extreme" is a very good padlock for outdoors with its specific outdoors
design. With a little oil once or twice a year the 112, 113 and 114 are all very
suitable for outdoors. In the area of high security both the Golem and Pluto
ranges are very suitable, again with a little care one or twice a year. All these
padlock will last for many years in external conditions
Q: I live outside of the Czech Republic. How can I find a local representative or
distributor for Tokoz Products in my area.
A: Write to marketing@tokoz.cz to forward a note to our E-Commerce Team, who
will route the request to your nearest Tokoz distributer or outlet.. You can
expect a responce from Tokoz within 2 business working days.
Q: Is it possible to order the Tokoz Delta Combination Padlock with the same
combination?
A: It is possible to adjust out Delta combination padlock to match an existing
combination lock yourself. Either follow the directions given on the padlock
manual or contact us directly for assistance.

Lost Keys & Key Replacement
Q: I lost the keys for my padlock. Is it possible to obtain new keys for my lock?
A: It is possible to obtain replacement keys for your padlock ONLY if you know the
key number. The key number is stamped on the original mini key provided with
your lock. If you do not know the key number, it is possible to obtain additional
keys from a locksmith who can impression your lock. If you do know the key
number, go to a locksmith or local hardware store to order keys. Please note that
the locksmith will charge you a fee for this service. Not all Locksmiths/Hardware
Stores offer this service; so please look in our Your local service provider section
to find a local locksmith. Otherwise you can contact us for persoanl assistance.
Q: I would like to purchase additional keys for my lock. Can I order them directly
from Tokoz?
A: Tokoz will provide keys directly to consumers; however, you may take one of
your keys to your local professional locksmith, where they can cut duplicate keys.
Please note that not every store will have the appropriate keyblanks available.

Q: I have lost the keys that came with my lock and I do not know my key number.
Can I send my lock to Master Lock to have keys made?
A: Without the original key number, there is no way for Tokoz to know which key will
open your lock. There is no such thing as a "Master" key that will open all Tokoy
products.
Q: Is it possible to order a new lock that my existing key will work with?
A: It may be possible to order products that can be opened by an existing Tokoz
key. Take your existing key and lock to a locksmith or other outlet that sells
Tokoz products. Ask them to order the padlock with the same key number that is
on your key. Please call ahead, as not every retailer will provide this service.
Q: Can Tokoz keep a record of my combination and/or key numbers for me?
A: Not currently
